The photo moment comes first
Our suggestion: at a baby shower, one photo gets taken a hundred times — the guest of honor in front of the décor. Plan that spot first. It might be a garland behind the gift table, a hoop framing a seat of honor, or a backdrop behind the dessert spread. Once you know where that picture happens, every other decision gets simpler.
Palette and theme without overwhelm
Showers rarely need a complicated theme. Two or three colors, chosen with the parents-to-be in mind, carry the whole room — soft pastels, a neutral-and-gold pairing, or something bolder if that’s more their style. Home, hall, or outdoor space — we install in all three. A living-room shower and a rented-hall shower call for different builds, and if the venue is still being decided, that’s fine — the form asks for your venue or city, so just give us what you know.

When to book
Shower dates are usually fixed well in advance, which makes this the easy part: check your date as soon as it’s set. Two to four weeks out is comfortable, and peak weekends fill faster — sometimes months ahead. Checking costs you nothing. We reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner, and nothing is booked until you say yes.
