Before you check your date
A few questions you might have.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. Peak weekends—spring, graduation season, and the holidays—fill faster, sometimes months ahead. If your date is set, reach out now and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s still open.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Cypress and install across Katy, Tomball, Spring, and the Greater Houston area. If you’re a little outside that, just ask—we travel for the right event.
Can you match my colors and theme?
That’s the whole point. Every install is designed around your palette, your theme, and your space—nothing off the shelf. Send us an inspiration photo or a colour swatch and we’ll build the concept from there.
What happens after I check my date?
You’ll hear back within 24 hours, usually much sooner. We’ll confirm availability, ask a few questions about your vision, and send a clear quote. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Do I have to set anything up myself?
No. We deliver, build, and style everything on site, then come back and take it down afterwards. You walk in to a finished room and leave without cleaning up a single balloon.
